Staff were so kind, helpful and flexible. They arranged a scooter for us to rent for our stay as well as numerous suggestions for adventure activities in the area. Excellent location~ walking distance to the main long-distance bus stop and to the beach/main boardwalk. Breakfast was good (Turkish style) with nice view of the city/sea while eating. Our room had air-conditioning & tv and was comfortable... It was minimal. This was exactly what we were looking for as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Overall, happy with our stay and would stay there again :-)
Really nothing bad to say. There were a couple little ants crawling at the foot of our bed... But it wasn't out of control or gross or anything~ the room was clean.

The welcome was friendly with a cup of apple tea served on the roof terrace which had a spended view of the town.
The rooms weren't great and there was no hot water, but we got what we paid for and were only staying one night so it didn't matter. We ended up having to pay cash as the hotel does not have a credit card facility.

The Ani is a laid-back place with basic comfortable rooms and a great roof-top terrace. It's popular with backpackers and offers a better-than- average breakfast.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, beautiful view from terrace/roof. perfect for a group of friends who don't want to pay too much and aren't overly worried about luxury.
we were there a week and no one came to clean our room, or even remove the masses of water bottles we'd accumulated.

Location
Little room (probably a single and not a double even if we booked a double), little toilet not so clean like the room as weel. Water coming out from the toilet.....and you can find something better at that price. Go elsewhere!

Location, clean room, nice friendly staff who booked us recommended sea Booked.neting trips to the sunken city other activities were possible such as diving and boat tour etc. Terrace with good sea view, very good breadfast selection with standard turkish items (cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread) but also incuding different cereal, fruit, cheese pastries and french toast
